The Ravljen Method
Founded by Tanya Ravljen, The Ravljen Method grew from years of specialist singing teaching, performance experience and a belief that music lessons should be warm, structured and deeply personal to each child.
Tanya is a professional singer and educator, known as the Slovene voice of Anna in Disney’s Frozen and Frozen 2. Today, her standards guide TRM’s approach to singing, piano, instrumental tuition, exam preparation and student development.
ENQUIRE ABOUT LESSONSCarefully Selected Tutors
A brilliant musician is not always the right teacher for a child. At TRM, tutors are chosen not only for their musical ability, but for their warmth, professionalism, reliability and ability to teach with patience, structure and care.
We look for tutors who can build confidence, communicate clearly with families and adapt their teaching to each student’s personality, level and goals. Every match is considered carefully so that lessons feel personal, purposeful and inspiring.
What The Method Is Built On
Confidence First
Children learn best when they feel safe, encouraged and understood. Confidence is built carefully, one lesson at a time.
Structure and Progress
Lessons are guided by clear musical goals, age-appropriate development and thoughtful progression.
Musical Expression
Students are encouraged to develop not only technique, but musicality, communication and expressive performance.
More Than a Tutor List
TRM is not a marketplace where families are left to choose from a long list of tutors. We provide a carefully managed music tuition experience, with thoughtful guidance from the first enquiry onwards.
Each tutor recommendation is considered with care, and families are supported through lesson planning, communication, exam preparation, concerts and the wider musical development of the student.
A Complete Musical Pathway
Weekly Lessons
Consistent, carefully structured lessons that build confidence, technique and musical understanding over time.
Exams and Milestones
Support for ABRSM, Trinity and other musical goals, always approached with care and readiness in mind.
Concerts and Confidence
Performance opportunities help students celebrate progress, develop stage confidence and experience music as something meaningful.
